TL;DR: Full refund within 7 days if we fail to deliver scoped work due to issues on our side. Pro-rata refund if work is partially complete. No refund for ranking outcomes — those depend on factors outside our control.
1. When you can claim a refund
- Full refund if we cancel an order before any deliverable has been produced.
- Full refund within 7 days of expected delivery if we miss the delivery window and don't deliver within 7 additional days.
- Pro-rata refund if the delivered work materially deviates from the agreed scope and we cannot remedy within 14 days.
2. When refunds do NOT apply
- Ranking outcomes (specific positions, traffic volumes, click-through rates).
- Algorithmic penalties or de-indexing caused by changes you made after delivery.
- Delays caused by you (missing access, unanswered revision requests).
- Third-party costs already paid out (e.g., backlink placement fees).
- Work expressly accepted in writing by you.
3. How to request a refund
- Email support@mediaservere.com with your order number and the reason.
- We reply within 5 business days with our position.
- If approved, refund is processed via the original payment method within 14 days.
4. Disputes
Before raising a chargeback, please contact us first — we want to resolve issues amicably. If we cannot agree, disputes are governed by our Terms of Service (English & Welsh law).
5. Goodwill
Beyond the strict policy above, we frequently offer credit, partial refunds or extended scope as goodwill when clients are unhappy — talk to us first.
