Terms of Service

By ordering a service or using this website you agree to these Terms with MEDIASERVERE LTD (Company #16540150, "we", "MediaServere").

1. Services

We provide SEO, AEO, GEO, backlinks and web design services as listed in our services catalog. Each package describes its deliverables, price and delivery timeframe. The deliverables listed at order time are binding; out-of-scope work requires a separate quote.

2. Orders & payment

• Submitting an order form is a request for quote, not a binding contract. We confirm scope and timeline in writing first.
• Standard payment terms: 50% on order confirmation, 50% on delivery. Net-7 for repeat clients.
• Prices are in EUR, VAT excluded. UK clients invoiced in GBP on request.
• Late payment beyond 14 days may incur a 5% reactivation fee.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and any needed access (CMS, Search Console, hosting) within 5 business days of order confirmation.
• Respond to revision requests within 7 business days. Unresponded requests after 14 days are deemed approved.
• Own or have rights to all content, logos and trademarks supplied to us.

4. Deliverables & IP

On full payment, all bespoke deliverables (audit reports, custom code, written content) become your property. We retain a perpetual non-exclusive licence to use anonymised metrics for case studies — we will not identify you without written consent.

5. No ranking guarantee

Search-engine rankings depend on factors outside our control. We guarantee that work will be performed to professional industry standards and that all deliverables match the agreed scope. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or revenue.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: full refund within 7 days if we fail to deliver scoped work; pro-rata refund if work is partially complete.

7. Liability

Our total liability under any order is capped at the fees paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages (loss of profit, goodwill, business interruption) to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all non-public information you share as confidential. We will sign a mutual NDA on request. Confidentiality survives termination of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Work completed up to termination is invoiced pro-rata. Refunds for unstarted work are processed within 14 days.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
